The third annual Anthem Awards are here, and DEPT® showed up—with 14 wins. While we’re thrilled about any recognition we receive, the Anthem Awards are special. It’s an opportunity to honor those who funnel their skills and resources towards making a positive impact on society.
We are especially proud at BASIC/DEPT® for our recent work with Daniel’s Music Foundation. A project that put accessibility at the forefront of strategy, design, and architecture—and just took home Silver in the Anthem Award’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion category. This collaboration opened our eyes far beyond designing for aesthetics and changed the way we work at BASIC/DEPT®. Focusing on an inclusive, accessibility-first approach to all projects. A now crucial part of our process, that we owe entirely to Daniel’s Music Foundation.
