BASIC® Named Finalist for 2020 Webby Agency of the Year with Three Wins Across 21 Recognitions

We’re excited to announce BASIC® has been named a Webby Agency of the Year finalist with three wins and 21 total recognitions across 19 categories—our company's highest to date. For the second consecutive year, we were in contention for the coveted title alongside the world’s leading advertising agencies, including Wieden+Kennedy, TBWA\Media Arts Lab, Droga5, BBDO New York, and McCann New York. BASIC® stands out among this impressive list of contenders as the only digital design agency with ten nominations within the web and mobile categories.

Deemed the “Internet’s highest honor,” The Webby Awards recognize the best of the Internet and are the world’s largest competition with over 13,000 entries per year from the U.S. and 70 other countries. Nominees are the top 10% of these entries and are up for two Webbys per category—one is evaluated by a panel of judges and the other by community members as part of The Webby People’s Voice Awards.

Maintaining our status as a leader in brand-building through web and mobile channels, our recognitions span fashion, beauty, eCommerce, corporate communications, community platforms, professional services with special recognition for our visual design, best practices, user experience, and animation work.
