BASIC Welcomes Five New Faces to the Leadership Team

The agency is excited to introduce the newest additions to its two California offices

Throughout a three-month span, BASIC's Bay Area and San Diego offices brought on five leadership hires. The team is proud to welcome executive producer Jon Sukarangsan, creative directors Carlo Luetto and Noelle Newbold, and design directors Alex Christian and Hannah Purmort.

Jon and Noelle join the agency from the Big Apple. Having worked as a group program director at different agencies, from Huge to Critical Mass, Jon oversees the Bay Area production team and handles project strategy, delivery, and finances. On the creative side, Noelle—a former Spotify and Nike design director—guides conceptualization and execution alongside Carlo, who spent most of his career in Argentina leading work for Nike at R/GA as well.

Heading up both offices' design teams are two seasoned professionals. Alex came aboard the Bay Area office from its neighbors at AKQA. Leading design at HQ is Hannah, a Denver native and former senior art director at design studio Legwork.

With these five hires, BASIC is thrilled to witness the team's growth and success. To join the ranks of these and other talented visionaries, take a look through its open positions.
