Over the last year, we've been presented with numerous awards for our collaboration on the new digital e-Commerce website. This e-commerce platform has been awarded some of the highest honors in the industry including 2 Webby Honorees (Mobile Commerce & Best Practices), FWA Site of the Day, Pixel Awards Site of the Year (Best in e-Commerce), Awwwards Site of the Day, and now… Awwwards eCommerce Site of the Year!

Nixon Responsive Website Design

Since its' inception, this project has been one of the most rewarding efforts for the agency. Our collaborative effort allowed us to help the premium lifestyle and accessories brand bridge the gap between California surf culture and functional fashion through a streamlined e-commerce website that balanced commerce and culture.

Working side-by-side with the team at Nixon we were able to progress the way e-Commerce sites were intended to be viewed by adding useful interactions and in-depth product narratives that provide context to the user's shopping experience. The design features, eCommerce strategy, and our collaborative approach enabled us to drive some pretty measurable results. After six months time, the new saw an 86% increase in page views, 14% jump in order valaue, and time on site improved roughly 48%.

These awards couldn't have been done without the supportive internal team over at Nixon and Zanerey for the back-end development integration. Although the site has slightly changed since our initial launch due to being rebuilt on a new CMS—our strategy, design standards, and overarching user experience remain the relatively the same.

We're proud to announce as the Awwwards e-Commerce Site of the Year for 2015! Competing with agencies from around the globe, was selected over 1000’s of entries with voters choosing it as the best over the eCommerce 25 finalist.
